We subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, which is the most up-to-date listing service available. It includes the homes currently available for sale or rent on the market. In cooperation with other realtors, we can access all available homes for sale.

This saves you the time, effort, and sometimes frustration of calling all those numbers on signs and online. Yes, there are internet home searching sites nonrealtors can use, but that is just a simple start if you’re browsing and checking out the market. On your behalf, we will then contact the other real estate agent or homeowner (if for sale by owner) and schedule an appointment for you. We have instant notifications of new listings & access to all homes for sale in the Tampa Bay surrounding areas and around the Weeki Wachee River. All Realtors who put a home for sale have already agreed to cooperate with Buyers' Agents and, therefore, share their fee from the Seller. You might think this would inflate the price of the home, but you would be mistaken; if there is no cooperating agent, the seller's agent keeps the whole fee for themselves!
